As a Key Holder, also known as a Floor Leader, you will contribute to Skechers retail leadership. You will oversee operations, support sales goals, and help customers find the right products. The position includes team mentoring, merchandising, inventory routines, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily opening and closing procedures as required
- Deliver expert Skechers product advice to customers
- Mentor team members in service, sales, and operations
- Implement selling techniques to support store sales targets
- Execute merchandising, restocking, and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous Key Holder or Retail Supervisor experience preferred
- Sales skills supporting revenue growth and targets
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- At least 18 years old at application
