We're excited to share an opportunity for an existing vacancy as a 3rd Class Stationary Engineer in Cambridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Stationary Engineer who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, maintaining critical plant utilities, and providing technical guidance to maintenance teams. The position is salaried and non-union, with no rotating shifts.

Daily responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Maintain, operate and troubleshoot steam boilers, thermal heaters, HVAC systems, cooling towers, chillers and water treatment systems.
- Support the operation of steam boilers and thermal heating systems
- Diagnose mechanical and operational issues across a variety of industrial utility systems, including older equipment.




- Monitor equipment performance, conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate equipment repairs with internal tradespeople and external contractors.
- Troubleshoot building automation and HVAC control systems.

Mandatory Requirements:

- Valid Ontario 3rd Class Stationary Engineer certification or higher.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance or powerhouse experience.
- Strong working knowledge of steam boilers, thermal heating systems, HVAC and water treatment equipment.
- Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance experience.

Salary Range:

$90,000-$100,000 annually, plus paid overtime after 40 hours per week.
