This Inside Sales Representative role supports Account Managers and customers while developing sales expertise. You will generate quotes, place orders, research products, and coordinate configurations with suppliers. French and English communication supports customers outside Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers and their customers daily
- Generate quotes and place sales orders
- Search products and build supplier configurations
- Coordinate product and service delivery
- Manage customer relationships, pipelines, and deal registrations
Requirements:
- Two to four years of relevant customer service experience
- Sales experience is an asset
- Robust French and English verbal and written communication
- College degree or equivalent
- Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and resilient approach
