As an Audiologist, you will assess and treat newborns through nineteen-year-old clients with hearing-related issues. The position includes rehabilitative treatment, hearing-aid services, family counselling, and guidance for Audiometric Technicians. You will also collaborate with parents, schools, community agencies, and health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform audiological assessments for children with suspected hearing disorders
- Diagnose hearing disorders and provide rehabilitative treatment
- Select, fit, and monitor hearing aids
- Counsel families about assessments, treatment,



and hearing aids
- Guide Audiometric Technicians through orientation and regular updates

Requirements:

- Graduation from an approved school of Audiology
- One year of recent related clinical experience
- Current active registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Certification in applicable advanced competency
- Valid BC Driver's Licence and personal vehicle access
