This entry-level development position supports agricultural lending relationships alongside Account Managers, Credit, and Operations teams. You will assist with loan origination, financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, customer service, and business development. The role develops knowledge of agricultural finance, credit policies, lending products, and Western Canadian markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers with agricultural lending relationships
- Organize customer financing requests and documentation
- Gather financial and operational borrower information
- Maintain accurate customer and loan records
- Participate in producer meetings and industry activities
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or Economics
- One to three years of relevant experience
- Interest in agricultural lending and relationship management
- Basic understanding of financial statements or analysis
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
