Lead civil engineering site delivery with Carmichael as an experienced Sub Agent, applying programme management and solid HSEQ standards. Water sector experience is ideally suited.

You will manage small-value civil engineering and construction sites or support Site Agents and Project Managers on larger schemes. The role requires considerable civil engineering experience, engineering expertise, and knowledge of NEC conditions. You will coordinate resources, subcontractors, reporting, quality, environmental compliance, and cost control while delivering customer objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage successful delivery of civil engineering projects
- Produce and supervise project programmes
- Interpret drawings and specifications accurately
- Maintain HSEQ documentation,



inspections, audits, and reports
- Control resources, costs, records, and contract performance

Requirements:

- Considerable civil engineering experience
- Working knowledge of NEC, CDM, design, programme, and risk management
- Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- CSCS, SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH, and full driving licence
- Excellent communication, people, and team management skills
