As a Marketing Specialist reporting to the Brand & Marketing Leader, you will develop integrated campaigns supporting the Firm's growth objectives. You will collaborate across Business Development & Marketing, translating business goals into compelling narratives, go-to-market strategies, and measurable initiatives. The work spans brand programs, sponsorships, content, events, social, digital, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver end-to-end omnichannel marketing campaigns
- Translate business goals into campaign narratives and go-to-market strategies
- Coordinate social, digital, events, and communications execution
- Define KPIs,



analyze performance, and optimize campaign plans
- Prepare campaign reports, results, and recommendations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Five-plus years of marketing experience focused on omnichannel campaigns
- Proven integrated campaign delivery with measurable business impact
- Solid project, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Comfort understanding data and turning insights into action
