Manage newly built Edmonton multifamily communities on site, using residential leasing expertise and calm resident service every weekday. Rimrock Property Management is hiring three Community Managers to lease, operate, and represent their buildings. You will manage occupancy, renewals, resident concerns, and daily property standards. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This full time position suits professionals with residential leasing or on-site multifamily management experience. Key work includes prospect tours, application screening, lease preparation, move-ins, rent collection, inspections, maintenance coordination, and reporting. You will apply Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act while keeping records current.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer leasing inquiries and tour prospective residents
- Track occupancy,



conversions, notices, and upcoming renewals
- Resolve resident concerns and document interactions
- Collect rent and follow up on arrears
- Coordinate inspections, turnovers, maintenance, and deficiencies

Requirements:

- Current RECA property management licence required
- Valid driver's licence required
- Two or more years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Alberta's Residential Tenancies Act
- Property management software and Microsoft 365 confidence
