Bring advanced Excel and analytical skills to an Accounts Receivable Analyst position with the RI-MUHC in Montreal, working hybrid.

The Finance team supports end-to-end receivables operations across research grants, contracts, and administrative and operational revenues. This full-time position covers cash application, monitoring, collections, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution. French and English communication supports regular contact with researchers and international students.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply incoming payments to appropriate accounts and invoices
- Investigate unidentified, partially applied, and misapplied payments
- Maintain accurate accounts receivable entries and invoice records




- Monitor aged receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
- Prepare aged reports and analyses for Finance and management

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum three years of accounts receivable or finance experience
- Advanced oral and written French and English
- Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical capabilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy

Support accurate payment processing, reconciliations, collections, and reporting as an Accounts Receivable Analyst at the RI-MUHC.
