As Senior Specialist, RDC Operations, you will manage warehouse performance and operational exceptions across automotive parts distribution. The role covers inventory replenishment, retailer support, quality claims, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with 3PL providers, retailers, transportation partners, IT teams, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage 3PL warehouse service, quality, fulfillment, and processing performance
- Resolve inventory discrepancies, fulfillment issues, and retailer escalations
- Monitor replenishment, cycle counts, valuation, and part supersession
- Lead parts quality campaigns, claims reviews,



and corrective actions
- Analyze KPIs, improve processes, and optimize operational costs

Requirements:

- University degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field
- Professional warehousing, logistics, or supply chain experience
- Experience managing 3PL performance and service-level compliance
- Advanced SAP, WMS, EDI, and inventory management knowledge
- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
