Finance Clerk II – Accounts Payable

Three-Month Term | November 2026 – January 2027 | Remote Work Accepted

The City of Revelstoke is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Finance team as a Finance Clerk II – Accounts Payable for a three-month term from November 2026 through January 2027. Work from home arrangements will be considered.

Reporting to the Finance Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions, including coding and reconciling invoices, ensuring payments are made by their due dates, and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and City staff. Additional responsibilities may include processing credit card transactions, preparing financial reports,



and providing support with other finance-related duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have a business diploma in accounting, a minimum of two years of related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Term: November 2026 – January 2027 (three months)

Hourly Wage: $35.13

Work Arrangement: Remote work accepted
