Under the General Manager, the Senior Manager oversees day-to-day venue operations at SixtyEight, Oliver & Bonacini's 68th-floor destination. The position coordinates event staffing, cost controls, training, budgeting, service standards, and relationships across teams. It supports chef-driven private dining experiences with CN Tower views.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staffing, cost controls, budgeting, and event floor operations
- Schedule event staff and conduct pre-function service briefings
- Monitor technical service standards and points of detail
- Track sales, invoicing, inventory, and payroll records




- Coordinate recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management

Requirements:

- Two to three years managing wide-ranging events
- Business or Hospitality post-secondary diploma or degree
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
