Build lifecycle campaigns remotely for Level Agency using Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and robust CRM judgment. Own production execution across the U.S. and Canada.
As a Senior CRM Specialist, you will build, QA, deploy, and maintain email campaigns and customer journeys. You will translate briefs into working builds, configure segmentation and personalization, and diagnose existing instances. The work combines technical execution with lifecycle marketing understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, QA, and deploy Adobe email campaigns end to end
- Translate briefs and journey maps into working builds
- Configure targeting, personalization, and dynamic content
- Maintain multichannel journeys with segmentation and decision logic
- Audit and repair existing workflows and data schemas
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of CRM and lifecycle marketing experience
- Production experience with Adobe Campaign or Journey Optimizer
- Experience owning CRM work with minimal oversight
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree or four additional equivalent experience years
