Practice operating room nursing at Toronto Western Hospital with UHN, applying critical decision making across complex surgical care. This permanent full-time position includes diverse shifts.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide compassionate, collaborative, and competent care within UHN's Professional Practice Model. The Operating Room supports neurosurgery, spine, orthopedic, general, urology, ophthalmology, hand, plastic, and robotic surgery. You will maintain professional standards while developing nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate care using nursing science and critical decision making
- Follow College of Nurses of Ontario and UHN standards
- Participate in continuing education supporting patient population needs




- Reflectively evaluate nursing knowledge and improve patient care
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities as assigned or requested

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree or equivalent
- Recognized operating room nursing course completion
- Perioperative Nurse Association membership
