Walmart's Relief Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist across pharmacy operations. You will accept prescriptions, fill them safely, counsel patients, and provide eligible services. The position requires travel to various locations, following schedules established by the Relief program coordinator. You will also operate pharmacy equipment, follow provincial regulations, and build collaborative relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist with pharmacy operations
- Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, or hospitals
- Fill prescriptions accurately,
efficiently, and safely
- Counsel patients on sold pharmaceutical products and eligible services
- Maintain privacy, storage standards, workflows, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Pharmacist License
