Position Summary

Are you ready to break into the world of sales? We’re looking for a motivated individual to join us as an Inside Sales Representative—a key support role that serves as a stepping stone toward a full sales position. If you have a strong customer service mindset,



enjoy building business relationships, and are eager to grow your professional network, this is the perfect opportunity to start your journey by supporting our high-performing sales team and learning the ins and outs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide support to Accounts Managers and their customers on a daily basis.
- Generate quotes, place sales orders, search for products, and work with suppliers to build configurations.
- Work with sales operations and services team to deliver products and services to customers efficiently.
- Build relationships with clients over the phone, attend conference calls and get familiar with accounts to create multiple level contacts.
- Put together Technology Solutions from the broadest selection of hardware, software, services in the industry.
- Work with current customers in order to understand their business to better educate them on the value of working with Quadbridge.
- Build, grow, and maintain positive relationships with your customers, driving a great customer service experience.
- Review customer backorder ETA and communicate delays and offer customers comparable solutions if available.Enter and update pipeline of assigned
