In the past 12 months, we've grown from a solo founder to a team of 2 FTEs and 4 contractors. We now serve 15 clients (backed by YC, a16z, Accel Ventures, + more), and are growing rapid.
To support that growth, we're looking for a B2 B Content Lead to own strategy and editing, while managing a team of writers (full-time and contractors) to ensure we deliver impeccable service.

Responsibilities
Concept social strategies for founders based on their product/service, ICP, and company positioning.
Draft Linked In content based on content interviews, podcasts, and other written source material from Founders.




Edit Linked In content to ensure each post is valuable, well-structured, and compelling.
Adapt client content strategies based on weekly analytics reporting.
Draft compelling content prompts to ask clients on transcribed "content interviews".
Run "content interviews" with clients to generate high-quality source material.
Work 1:1 with our founder to deliver a fantastic client service.
