Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Relationship Manager in Alberta. The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and building relationships with mortgage brokers, overseeing the lending process, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years experience as BDM or similar within the mortgage industry
Alternative lending experience is an asset
Relationship-building, Sales, and Negotiation skills
Knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Financial Services
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software proficiency
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Position will require travel within the province of Alberta and to some events outside the province.
Candidates must be located in Alberta or willing to relocate.
