Job Description
AECOM is seeking a Construction Manager, T1/T3 Revitalization to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga.



We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.
Major Requirements:
Manages the owner’s oversight activities with respect to construction coordination and inspection, with the focus being on greenhouse gas / net-zero related projects
Works collaboratively with the contractor’s construction management team to coordinate the delivery of the works.
Manages the owner’s construction management team incl. Deputy Construction Manager and Construction Inspectors for the sub-program.
Provides subject matter expertise with respect to construction management and general project delivery matters.
Supports design management to confirm suitability for procurement and construction.
Participates in constructability, scope management, and value engineering reviews during design.
Oversees the contractor’s construction activity to determine and report on whether program specifications are followed.
Actively manages, monitors, and reports on the status of the project construction progress and schedule.
Supports the commercial process as part of the contractor’s application for
