We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our in-house team. This is a rare prospect for a construction lawyer with 3–5 years of call to move in-house, develop genuine breadth across a full-service legal practice, and grow with a business at an exciting stage of its evolution.
What You Will Do With our construction team you will spend time drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and subcontracts — principally CCDC standard forms and their supplementary conditions — and advising our project teams on contract administration, claims,
