As a Management Trainee, you will learn Enterprise Mobility’s business from a neighborhood branch. The structured Management Training Program develops skills needed to run a branch, cultivate current business, and develop your team. You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support while building relationships in the community. The program offers a career path through training, development, and promotion from within.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as Enterprise’s face to customers and partners
- Learn branch operations through hands-on training
- Develop customer service, sales, and marketing skills
- Build community relationships supporting business development
- Prepare to run your own branch and develop teams
Requirements:
- Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or equivalent
- Six months cumulative sales, customer service, leadership, or activity involvement
- Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license
- No more than two recent moving violations or at-fault accidents
- Authorization to work in Canada and minimum age eighteen
