As Senior Manager, Product Design, you will lead strategy and execution for legal financial workflows. Manage four to five designers while partnering with Product and Engineering. Guide discovery, chance framing, launch, iteration, automation, and AI-enabled timekeeping experiences for legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Define design vision across payments, billing, invoicing, and timekeeping
Partner across Clio to integrate financial workflows into the platform
Guide trustworthy, transparent human-in-the-loop AI experiences
Coach, hire, and develop four to five product designers
Set portfolio priorities, metrics, and quality standards with partners
Requirements: 10+ years of Product Design experience
3+ years managing and developing designers
Fintech experience across payments, billing, or invoicing
Complex B2 B product design experience
Fluency with Figma, Claude, Cursor, and WCAG standards
Bring fintech expertise, AI product design judgment, and team leadership to Clio’s legal technology portfolio.
