Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience in Analog and RF layout design
Solid understanding of CMOS and Fin FET technologies (7nm and below preferred)
Experience in block-level and full-chip layout design
Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools such as:
Synopsys Custom Compiler
Solid knowledge of DRC, LVS, ERC, and physical verification flows
