Core Competencies Channel Ownership & Strategy: Lead operational health and commercial strategy for Amazon Canada (Vendor/Seller Central), Walmart Canada marketplaces, and Shopify Plus stores.
P&L; & Budget Management: Manage monthly promotional budgets, perform P&L; reconciliations, and analyze unit economics to drive net profit.
Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and coach a junior-to-mid-level team to execute with excellence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply Chain for inventory forecasting, Marketing for creative and promotional calendars, and Finance for reporting.
Track Record: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Amazon Canada and Shopify platforms, ideally in CPG, supplements, or natural health.
Analytical Capability: High fluency in ecommerce analytics, bid strategy, keyword research, and cross-channel reporting.
