Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist – Oil & Lubricants to join our growing Oil Division. This is a senior-level sales role focused on selling industrial oils, lubricants, and oil management solutions .



The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling oils and lubricants directly to industrial, manufacturing, automotive, equipment, or commercial customers, along with an established network of industry contacts. Our Oil Division specializes in the manufacturing, specialty blending, and reclamation of new and reclaimed industrial oils and lubricants. Our solutions help customers improve performance, reduce costs, control inventory, and reduce environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow industrial oil and lubricant sales. Prospect and develop recent customers through industry relationships, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development activities.
