About The Role
We are seeking two Senior Microsoft 365 Solution Developers to support a client based in Ottawa/ON in modernizing legacy regulatory systems using a unified Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on developer, helping the client determine which combination of M365 tools (Teams, Share Point, Planner, Power Platform, Viva, Copilot) best solves each business problem, then design, build, and support the resulting solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assess business needs and recommend the right combination of M365 tools and technology patterns, avoiding over-engineering
Design and develop solutions spanning Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Share Point, Teams, and Planner
Build and maintain integrations using the Microsoft Graph API and custom/standard connectors
Develop reusable, scalable components to reduce technical debt and increase delivery velocity
Create solution design documentation and deliver knowledge
