Gain hands-on experience supporting underwriting operations while developing valuable industry knowledge and professional skills in a team-oriented and supportive environment.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada. This role is not eligible for sponsorship, and we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa or work permit.
The salary range for this position is CAD $45,000 - $55,000. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

What the day will look like
- Service a book of business under supervision of the Underwriter and Underwriting Director
- Log applications, process commercial insurance policies, endorsements, renewals.
- Maintain electronic client files and abeyance files for outstanding underwriting information
- Assist with preparation of quotes and binders
- Assist with preparation of accounting spreadsheets,
