Summary of Job:

The CRM Project manager, reporting to the Operations Manager, is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing projects related to the CRMs. He/She will need to collaborate with internal teams to define customer needs, implement effective CRM solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also oversee timelines, and resources to ensure project success. Robust project management experience and a deep understanding of CRM systems will be essential to excel in this role. The project manager will also conduct regular project meetings to track progress, identify potential risks, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success. He/She will need to work closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, training team, and IT,



to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives. Strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be crucial in effectively managing the complexities of CRM projects.

What you'll do

Onboarding customers
- Planification Once project is dispatched, send the welcome email to plan kickoff meeting and pre-launch meeting. Gathering all necessary information for those meetings (Project analysis) All other related tasks (Summary of meeting, updating project cards, send requests to internal team, send training invites) Onboarding customers
- Project management Planning and Strategy: Developing a comprehensive project plan and CRM strategy to meet business objectives and customer needs.
