As aSenior Electrical Engineer for Buildingsbased inVictoria, BC , you will shape the systems that power the places where people learn, heal, gather, and thrive. Your expertise will help deliver resilient, efficient, and future‑ready building environments across Vancouver Island and beyond.
Your ImpactDesign and deliver electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, civic, and mixed‑use facilities.
Lead power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, life‑safety, and low‑voltage system designs from concept to llaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, structural teams, and other disciplines to create integrated solutions.
Guide feasibility studies, code reviews, engineering reports, and technical evaluations.
Apply advanced modeling and analysis tools to enhance performance and ntor junior engineers and technologists, supporting their growth through hands‑on project ordinate with project managers and clients to ensure delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective engineering ntribute strategic technical leadership to proposals, project planning, and design standards development.
The Skills That Set You ApartYou bring extensive experience in building electrical engineering, ideally including healthcare, education, commercial, or complex institutional facilities.
You hold (or can obtain) P. Eng. registration in British Columbia.




You are fluent with tools such as Auto CAD, REVIT, lighting calculation software, and power system analysis platforms.
You excel at solving real‑world engineering challenges, balancing technical excellence with constructability and client needs.
You thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments and bring a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
