Inpho is seeking a Senior/Principal Custom IC Layout Engineer to design and implement industry-leading laser/EAM drivers and TIAs in Si Ge and In P. You will own complex layout blocks from schematic through tapeout, optimize layouts for speed, area, and noise, and mentor junior engineers in a quick-growing photonics scale-up.
The role requires 7+ years in CMOS/Bi CMOS/Si Ge, strong Cadence/Known tools, and collaboration with circuit, foundry, and packaging teams.
