Build real-time market data systems at Citi using KDB+/q, Java, Bash scripting, and low-latency development practices. As an Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst, you will develop application systems with Technology, Traders, and Quants. The position covers KDB+ databases, Q programming, systems analysis, debugging, and production support. You will help deliver trading and analytics platforms while working with Global Technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive KDB+/q development for trading and analytics platforms
- Design high-performance, low-latency market data systems
- Establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards
- Monitor analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation
- Provide user and operational support to business users
Requirements:
- Five to eight years of relevant experience
- At least two years working with KDB+/q
- Strong Q/KDB+, Java, and Bash scripting skills
- Positive understanding of Linux/UNIX environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Apply KDB+/q, systems analysis, and production debugging expertise to Citi's real-time trading technology.
