Lead scientific material review in Toronto with risk-based judgment and AI-enabled tools supporting compliant medical communications for J&J; IM. The Scientific Review Manager is an individual contributor within Medical Affairs. You will review medical materials, advise on organizational review issues, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Legal, and Health Care Compliance. This 18-month role supports governance, process optimization, and clear cross-functional guidance.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide risk-based guidance on medical material development and approval
- Interpret Health Canada, IMC, PAAB, and internal requirements
- Resolve complex review issues using scientific judgment




- Lead cross-functional initiatives and controlled document development
- Use approved AI tools with human oversight

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Life Science
- Minimum five years’ pharmaceutical industry experience
- Two to three years’ medical review experience
- Knowledge of the Canadian pharmaceutical setting
- Proficiency with Veeva Vault, Microsoft Office, Copilot, and Adobe Acrobat Apply scientific evaluation, compliance expertise, and stakeholder communication to medical material review at Johnson & Johnson.
