Lead agentic AI technical strategy at Robots and Pencils from Canada remotely, using data science expertise and enterprise-scale AI/ML leadership. As Principal Data Scientist, you will guide the full agentic AI program across many workstreams. You will shape architecture, evaluation, delivery, and production operations while partnering with executives and senior client stakeholders. The work spans LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and streaming responses.

Key Responsibilities
- Set technical vision and reference architecture for agentic systems
- Oversee workstreams from framing through deployment and operation
- Establish evaluation standards for quality, safety, cost, and latency




- Resolve dependencies and blockers across delivery streams
- Mentor technical leads and influence program-wide decisions

Requirements:
- 12+ years in data science and AI/ML
- Enterprise experience taking AI systems into production
- Hands-on LLM and agentic systems experience
- Robust Python and modern machine learning stack proficiency
- Expertise in MLOps, AI infrastructure, and model evaluation Shape enterprise agentic AI through technical vision, rigorous evaluation, Python, and production-focused data science leadership.
