Drive business development across Southwest Ontario with Victaulic, using construction relationships and technical aptitude. This full time position covers London, Kitchener-Waterloo, and Hamilton. As a Business Development Representative, you will support growth across healthcare, education, and industrial markets. The work centers on general contractors, owners, developers, architects, and engineers. You will apply relationship management, sales experience, process coordination, and technical communication while reporting to the Manager, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate opportunities with contractors, owners, and developers
- Promote Victaulic product solutions through strategic introductions
- Discuss technical specifications with contractors and architects




- Coordinate stakeholder communication throughout project lifecycles
- Present business cases demonstrating product value and return on investment

Requirements:
- Extensive construction industry experience in Southwest Ontario
- Sales experience navigating complex cycles with industry stakeholders
- Technical aptitude for specifications and problem-solving
- Strong process management and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or business Apply construction market relationships, technical knowledge, and sales expertise to expand Victaulic solutions throughout Southwest Ontario.
