Position Summary Manage the design, development, procurement, forecasting, and budgeting of store fixtures and supplies. Ensure fixtures meet design templates, operational needs, and industry standards while supporting real estate projects and daily operations. Responsibilities
- Create and manage a fixture design process aligned with store planning schedules, real estate projects, and operational calendars.
- Review existing fixtures for opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, standardization, and reuse across store categories.
- Support strategic and tactical sourcing activities, including requests for information, quotations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with Store Layout and Store Set teams to ensure blueprints reflect approved fixture functionality and footprints.




- Educate procurement specialists on fixture design and maintain a knowledge base to support purchasing.
- Maintain fixture forecasts with vendors and support timely delivery against project timelines.
- Develop and improve KPIs, master service agreements, and vendor scorecards; monitor vendor performance, service quality, and value.
- Collaborate with business units, Compliance, Finance, and Purchasing. Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in retail or a similar industry.
- Understanding of design, manufacturing, and commodities.
- Advanced understanding of procurement strategies and methodologies. Pay range: $91,900–$126,390. Pay is determined based on relevant experience.
