Shape Diamond Valley’s municipal capital program using infrastructure planning, project delivery, and procurement expertise. Work Monday through Thursday, 36.5 hours weekly. As Project Manager, you will turn the completed Infrastructure Master Plan into a five-year capital plan. You will report to the Director of Corporate Services while working with the CAO and Council. Your work will connect schedules, budgets, risks, contractors, competitive procurement, and service needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute the five-year capital program
- Manage projects from scope through close-out
- Run RFPs, tenders, bids, and awards
- Track contractors and active project status
- Brief leadership and Council on decisions

Requirements:
- Experience with municipal, utilities, or public-sector capital projects
- Experience managing consultants, contractors, and competitive procurement
- PMP certification or progress toward certification
- Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risks
- Ability to write RFPs and brief Council clearly Lead Diamond Valley’s capital planning, procurement, and delivery with credible project management and municipal infrastructure experience.
