Lead Infrastructure as Code product strategy at Allstate in a fully remote role, using cloud automation and contemporary engineering practices. As Digital Product Manager, you will own a defined enterprise product area within Core Engineering & Platform. Translate customer and engineering problems into roadmaps, prioritized capabilities, and measurable outcomes. Guide delivery across infrastructure creation, security, operations, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Translate problems into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize reusable, tested, supported infrastructure capabilities
- Partner on Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, and delivery pipelines
- Monitor adoption, reuse, lead time, reliability,



and recovery outcomes

Requirements:
- At least five years digital product management experience
- At least two years coaching or mentoring product colleagues
- Product experience in infrastructure, cloud, platforms, or Platform as a Service
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation and modern engineering practices
- Agile delivery experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent Bring product strategy, cloud automation, and infrastructure expertise to improve Allstate’s code-driven engineering capabilities across teams.
