Real-world data analytics specialists in Mississauga use R or Python and SQL to support evidence generation within Roche’s Product Development organization. As a Data Strategy & Analytics Specialist, you will work under the Data Strategy & Analytics Lead. You will translate scientific protocols and business needs into cohort definitions, derived variables, analysis-ready datasets, and reproducible pipelines. Your work spans clinical trial data for secondary use, electronic health records, claims, and operational data.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute data transformations and cohort extractions across multimodal healthcare data
- Conduct descriptive and observational analyses for study teams
- Summarize and visualize exploratory outputs and study results
- Partner on study framing, protocols, feasibility, methodology,



and execution
- Use AI coding tools while maintaining scientific rigor and quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant quantitative or health field
- At least three years working with structured research or healthcare data
- Solid working knowledge of R or Python and SQL
- Understanding of metadata, mappings, and clinical data systems
