Reporting to a Practice Leader in Current Brunswick, this role blends civil litigation with insurance defense experience in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a law degree (LLB or JD), be admitted to the Nova Scotia bar, and possess 5+ years of litigation experience, including insurance defense.
