Lead shovel maintenance in Fort McMurray with OCL Group Inc., directing multi-trade crews through safe, high-quality outage execution. Manage critical equipment work and schedules. OCL is seeking an experienced Shovel Maintenance Supervisor for maintenance crews supporting shovel maintenance, component change-outs, and outage work. You will oversee mining equipment activities while coordinating repairs, preventive maintenance, lube checks, and reporting. This position requires supervisory experience and solid safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct safe, productive, high-quality shovel maintenance and outage execution
- Oversee component change-outs, shovel splits, and track frame replacements
- Coordinate repairs, preventive maintenance, and fleet lube checks




- Lead toolbox talks, JSAs, FLHAs, and safety standards
- Manage schedules, time reporting, LEM reporting, and progress tracking

Requirements:
- Heavy Duty Mechanic, HET, or Millwright Red Seal certification
- JM Off Road or Millwright ticket
- Three to five years of heavy equipment experience
- Supervisory experience leading mining equipment maintenance crews
