Lead ServiceNow portal delivery for TELUS, translating complex public sector requirements into actionable solutions across business, operational, and technical teams. As an experienced Business Consultant, you will support end-to-end delivery for a high-profile Large Complex Deal customer. You will drive process alignment, define requirements, refine roadmap priorities, and prepare a secure custom Service Portal for rollout. The work spans ServiceNow, Current Service Introduction, Agile delivery, governance, and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Service Portal project execution
- Translate contractual mandates into Epics and User Stories
- Analyze workflows and guide future-state process adoption
- Coordinate security, privacy, architecture,



and governance alignment
- Track acceptance criteria, risks, issues, and leadership updates

Requirements:
- Five or more years in delivery, analysis, or improvement
- ServiceNow and modern service portal experience
- Public sector or highly regulated delivery experience
- Agile, Waterfall, planning, and stakeholder management proficiency
