You will perform advanced analyses, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. The role also includes mentorship, proposals, business development, and innovation focused on climate adaptation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in geological, civil, or geotechnical engineering
- Seven or more years of relevant industry experience
- Cold regions and permafrost design and construction experience
- Knowledge of Canadian and global guidelines and standards
- General knowledge of GeoStudio, LeapFrog, or Rocscience Bring permafrost design, complex analysis, and multidisciplinary coordination skills to Stantec’s geotechnical infrastructure work across Canada.
