Lead complex mining studies for Stantec from Vancouver or Calgary, applying study management and multi-disciplinary leadership skills. Travel is required for this full-time position. As Study Manager, you will act as Stantec’s principal client liaison during mining study planning and execution. You will guide identification, evaluation, selection, and optimization across projects, while steering studies through stage gates. The position connects engineering, estimating, scheduling, risk, and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define study scopes and execution plans with multi-disciplinary teams
- Implement risk, value, options, and assurance management processes
- Deliver integrated studies from preliminary assessments through feasibility studies




- Guide technical teams and provide peer review or Qualified Person support
- Lead pursuits through proposals and post-proposal support

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant study, project, or program management
- Proven mining study or project leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Skilled Engineering license or ability to obtain preferred
