Lead risk management and internal audit for NTPC in Hay River, applying financial acumen, audit expertise, and strong organizational skills. As NTPC’s Manager of Risk Management and Internal Audit, you will create and support a solid risk management framework. The position combines risk-based audits, internal controls, insurance support, and risk mitigation projects. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute risk-based operational, information technology, financial, regulatory, and compliance audits
- Design and evaluate internal controls and operating practices
- Lead NTPC’s corporate risk management program
- Develop methods for risk identification, mitigation, monitoring,



and reporting
- Manage insurance programs, claims analysis, and broker relationships

Requirements:
- Business degree in finance, accounting, or economics
- CPA, CIA, or CRM designation; equivalencies may be considered
- Five years of audit or progressive risk management experience
- Intermediate Excel proficiency and large-volume data experience
