Lead physiotherapy practice for VHA Home HealthCare in North York and York region, using clinical expertise and evidence-based interventions. Community settings shape the work. The Physiotherapist Clinical Lead provides consultation, assessment, and planned interventions for diverse client groups. This position advises on physiotherapy practice, supports Service Providers during challenging situations, and contributes to continuous quality improvement. You will also orient new providers, mentor new graduates, and support professional standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients using interviews and standardized assessment techniques
- Implement interventions within integrated care plans
- Provide joint visits and clinical consultation

Requirements:
- Baccalaureate or Masters degree in Physiotherapy
- Registration in good standing with Ontario’s physiotherapy college
- Minimum four years of clinical experience
- Clinical expertise across physiotherapy interventions
