Arla Canada seeks a Brand Manager – Emerging Brands to own Puck’s strategic direction and lead Arla Pro marketing execution. You will develop brand plans, innovation initiatives, integrated campaigns, and commercial activation programs. The role connects consumer, category, and market insights with recommendations that support business performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Puck brand strategies, annual plans, innovations, and campaigns
- Manage initiatives from prospect identification through performance evaluation
- Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and recommendations
- Execute Arla Pro marketing plans and go-to-market initiatives
- Manage agencies, stakeholders, budgets, performance, and competitive activity
Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Three to five-plus years of progressive brand management experience
- Leading CPG or FMCG organization experience
- Experience developing annual plans and integrated campaigns
- Comfort using Nielsen, Circana, Kantar, or similar data Bring brand ownership, insight-driven strategy, and campaign execution to Puck and Arla Pro marketing in Canada.
