Lead industrial construction execution for NB Power in Center Village, New Brunswick, directing site activities, contractors, and project reporting. This position is in office. NB Power seeks an experienced Construction Manager for a project scheduled from December 2026 through February 2029. You will plan mobilization and construction execution while coordinating site resources, materials, safety, quality, and schedule progress. The position requires leadership across contractors, site leads, workgroup supervisors, and the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan site mobilization and construction execution activities
- Direct, manage, and coordinate all site activities
- Supervise contractors and conduct regular site meetings
- Monitor construction progress, quality, deficiencies,



and schedule performance
- Report progress and escalate applicable change requests

Requirements:
- Five years progressively responsible construction leadership experience
- Eight years field experience in an industrial environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and project deadlines Bring industrial field leadership, contractor coordination, and construction planning expertise to NB Power’s Center Village project.
