Lead defense proposal capture for CAE Canada in Montreal, applying bid strategy and commercial judgment across competitive submissions. As Bids & Proposals Manager, you will guide Proposal Capture Teams for Defense and Security. You will review RFIs and RFPs, define themes, requirements, differentiators, and bid strategies, and coordinate pricing, engineering, and program management inputs. The contract is a 16-month maternity leave replacement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Proposal Capture Teams for Defense and Security
- Establish schedules, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities
- Define bid strategies and Price to Win approaches
- Prepare presentations for senior management
- Identify risks and recommend mitigation plans





Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- Eight to ten years of relevant high-technology industry experience
- Government proposal writing and Salesforce experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to obtain Canadian Security and Controlled Goods clearances Apply proposal leadership, bid strategy, and customer-focused negotiation to defense and security programs at CAE Canada.
