Lead data center construction projects in Edmonton with MEP expertise and owner’s representative experience, working onsite approximately four to five days weekly. MGAC seeks a mid to senior Project Manager with five-plus years managing construction projects. You will oversee critical environment work, including data centers, labs, or hospitals, while applying building design, construction, and MEP knowledge. The position requires independent project ownership, team leadership, and client-focused decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project scopes independently
- Lead schedule, scope, and budget management
- Develop risk and contingency plans
- Guide schedule and budget recovery planning

Requirements:
- Five-plus years construction project management experience
- Two-plus years critical environment construction experience
- MEP experience in ground-up construction
- Construction-related degree or equivalent experience
