Use financial reporting and reconciliation skills as an Accountant supporting Metro Supply Chain Group’s Operations Finance team. Work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; and Excel. Reporting to a Finance Manager or Controller, this Accountant supports more than 20 finance professionals across multiple operating divisions. The work includes full-cycle accounting, business analysis, payroll postings, and timely reporting. You will help explain budget variances and compile financial results.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare prepaid and accrual entries during month-end activities
- Arrange monthly billing and perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial information for regular stakeholder reporting
- Validate payroll postings and prepare payroll accruals
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- CPA designation in progress
- At least two to three years of accounting experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian GAAP Bring reconciliation, reporting, payroll, and Canadian GAAP expertise to Metro Supply Chain Group’s Operations Finance team.
